FAQs

  • A Sign-up Party is an event you host as part of the Gala fundraiser. People “sign up” for your event by purchasing a ticket to attend your party. 100% of the funds raised go to the school. Families do not have to attend the Gala auction in order to “sign up” for the parties. Sign-up Parties now run year round!

  • Yes. However, many people will cohost a party with one or more individuals to have more fun, share labor, and offset costs.

  • Anything you, your friends, or your family like to do! See the “Sign-up Party Ideas”

  • The number of guests depends on what you are going to do and how much space you have. Use this information to determine the maximum number of sign-up guest tickets available for the party you are hosting.

  • Consider what you are offering at the party and set the cost appropriately. We can help you determine a price!

  • You can host parties all year long, anytime of day (not during school hours for events for kids). However, once the date is set and tickets are purchased, it cannot be changed. All events should be held within one year of the sign-up deadline for that party.

  • Guests purchase tickets to individual Sign-Up Parties through links made available throughout the school year on our website, in our weekly newsletter (The Cardinals Corner), and shared on our social media pages.
