Important Enrollment Dates:

September 1, 2025 – Open Enrollment for all applicants

December 19, 2025 - First Application Period ends at 4 PM

January 1, 2026 – Re-Enrollment for current students and tuition rates posted online.

January 10, 2026 - New Student Assessment (Option 1)

January 24, 2026 - New Student Assessment (Option 2)

February 7, 2026 - New Student Assessment (Option 3)

March 6, 2026 - Decision Emails Sent for First Application Period

Admissions application deadline for the 2026-2027 first application period is Friday, December 19, 2025. Applications submitted after December 19, 2025 will be considered for admission depending on space availability. Decision letters for the first application period will be emailed Friday, March 6, 2026.

Application Requirements:

Our main entry points are PK3 and PK4. All other grade levels are based on attrition.

  • Non-refundable application fee

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Baptismal certificate, if applicable

  • First Communion certificate, if applicable

  • Immunization Records

  • Current and previous year report cards (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Standardized Test results (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Release of Records Form (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (PK3 - Kinder)

Assessment Notification:

After your application is reviewed, you will receive notification from the School Registrar to schedule an admissions assessment for your child.

Admissions Assessment:

All students are given an entrance exam prior to admission to St. Rose. PK3, PK4, and Kinder students take an assessment which assesses a child’s gross motor, fine motor, language capability, ability to take direction, and conceptual skills. 1st – 8th Grade students are screened for reading, math, and complete a writing sample.

Testing for PK3, PK4 and Kinder: 30 minutes

Testing for 1st – 8th Grade: 45 minutes

 After assessment is completed, you will be notified regarding admission status.
