Thank you for considering St. Rose of Lima Catholic School. Since 1947, we have been forming our students “mind, body, and spirit”. St. Rose of Lima Catholic School is a traditional school with a loving community. We hope you will take a few minutes to get to know our school through our website and social media pages.

Important Enrollment Dates:

December 1, 2023 – Open Enrollment Returning St. Rose students and their siblings

January 2, 2024 – Open Enrollment for Parishioners

February 1, 2024 – Open Enrollment for All Grades

Priority Registration:

When all other enrollment criteria are equal, priority will be given to:

  1. Presently enrolled St. Rose School students and their siblings

  2. Employees’ children

  3. Parishioners

  4. Currently enrolled Early Childhood Center (ECC) students

  5. New students

Application Requirements:

  • Completed online application

  • Non-refundable application fee

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Baptismal certificate, if applicable

  • First Communion certificate, if applicable

  • Immunization Records

  • Current and previous year report cards (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Standardized Test results (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Release of Records Form (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

Assessment Notification:

After your application is reviewed, you will receive notification from the School Registrar to schedule an admissions assessment for your child.

Admissions Assessment:

All students are given an entrance exam prior to admission to St. Rose. PK3, PK4, and Kinder students take an assessment which assesses a child’s gross motor, fine motor, language capability, ability to take direction, and conceptual skills. 1st – 8th Grade students are screened for reading, math, and complete a writing sample.

Testing for PK3, PK4 and Kinder: 30 minutes

Testing for 1st – 8th Grade: 45 minutes

 After assessment is completed, you will be notified regarding admission status.

Admission to St. Rose of Lima Catholic School is based on class capacity and availability of resources as well as the developmental, scholastic and behavioral qualifications of the applicant. The Principal has final authority over all admission decisions and may decline admission at his/her discretion.
