Our main entry point is PK3. All other grade levels are based on attrition.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed online application

  • Non-refundable application fee

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Baptismal certificate, if applicable

  • First Communion certificate, if applicable

  • Immunization Records*

  • Current and previous year report cards (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Standardized Test results (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Release of Records Form (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (Elementary and Middle School applicants)

  • Teacher Recommendation Form (PK3 - Kinder)

NEW STUDENT ADMISSIONS INFO:

NEW STUDENT ASSESSMENT: All new students are required to assess for admission.

ACCEPTANCE: Following New Student Assessment, the Admissions Committee will review and determine acceptance. Admission decisions will be emailed the Friday prior to Spring Break. All acceptances are on a probationary basis for the first nine (9) weeks of student’s attendance.

REGISTRATION: All families are required to create an online account and pay application fees, school fees, and set up a tuition payment plan through FACTS Management Company.  The Student Fees will be billed and paid online through your FACTS account upon submission of Enrollment packet. All application, assessment fee, school fees and tuition are nonrefundable and undisputable.

*Every child enrolled at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School must be immunized against vaccine-preventable diseases caused by infectious agents in accordance with the immunization schedule adopted by the Texas Department of State Health Services. A child who fails to provide the required documentation of immunizations will not be accepted for enrollment or re-enrollment. Conscientious objections are not accepted. Medical exemptions may be considered following review and must be documented using this form.
